Well, needless to say, a lot has happened in the past two months!  Ashleigh has continued on with medical tests and more diagnoses.  Her final diagnosis for her swallowing problem... Moderate - Severe Pharyngeal Dysphagia.  And of course she has her Father's stomach, and has mild reflux.

She is scheduled for the Nissen Fundopulication and G-tube placement on April 16th.  We've been told to expect to be in the hospital 4 or 5 days.  So, it looks like we're cursed to spend another major holiday in the hospital!

Overall, she has been doing great!  She has not gotten one cold or cough since she came home from the hospital.  Despite all of the respiratory illnesses that are on a rampage (i.e., SARS), she has stayed nice and healthy.  She is now up to just over 24 pounds, which is a far cry from the 16.5 she weighed December 19th.  Almost an 8 pound weight gain in 3 1/2 months.  Not too bad.  A lot of that has to do with the NG tube being in place, as she gets the majority of her liquids and nutrients through the tube.

All is all, she's a very happy, healthy 18 month old (well, tomorrow officially).

Not much else to update for now, but I have put a whole bunch of recent pictures taken when Ashleigh went to her Nana and Pop Pop's house in the Outer Banks!  Boy, did I miss her!  My first time away from her for more than 12 hours... we went right to 7 days!

I'll let you all know how surgery goes!

Am I cute or what?

What's under there Nana??

"My boat is taking on water!  It's going to sink!"

"Look!  I have bracelets!!"

"Yummmm... Applesauce"

"Gotta do this quick"
